Sula Vineyards IPO is likely to hit dalal street on 12th December, 2022.

The country's largest wine company Sula Vineyards is preparing to raise funds through the issue

It is the first company to be listed on the stock market that manufactures wine.

While this is the second company in the spirit segment to prepare for an IPO lane.

If Sula Vineyards lists as per plans, the company would be India's first pure-play wine manufacturer to make a debut on Dalal Street.

The cultivation of grapes is highest in Nashik.

Incorporated in 2003, Sula Vineyards is India's largest wine producer and seller, as of March 31, 2021. Its flagship brand 'Sula' is the 'category creator' of wine in India.

Rajeev Samant is the MD and CEO of Sula Vineyards. The company has lot of Private Equity Investors including Everstone Capital.

The Nashik-based company also distributes wines under a bouquet of popular brands including RASA, Dindori, The source, Satori, Madera and Dia, among others.

Sula Vineyards has 56 Domestic Labels across 13 Brands. Company has four owned and two leased production factories.
