While we strive to provide accurate product information and ensure a smooth transaction process, NewTrends247.in is responsible for managing and fulfilling orders placed through the Platform. Any issues related to the purchase, including payment or transaction disputes, should be directed to NewTrends247.in. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party payment methods.

12. Transactions, Commercial Terms, and Payment Facility

  1. Product Transactions and Commercial Terms:
    • Transactions: NewTrends247.in sells downloadable ebooks/products directly to buyers. All commercial terms, including price, payment method, and delivery of downloadable products, are determined solely by NewTrends247.in. The payment facility provided is used to facilitate the completion of the transaction between the buyer and NewTrends247.in.
    • Delivery: Since the products are downloadable, delivery is completed electronically. Once the payment is processed, buyers will receive access to the downloadable products as specified by NewTrends247.in.
  2. Payment Facility:
    • Third-Party Payment Method: Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. NewTrends247.in is not responsible for any issues related to the payment processing itself, including any delays or errors that may arise from using these third-party services.
    • Non-Liability: NewTrends247.in is not liable for any issues related to the non-delivery, non-receipt, damage, breach of representations, or fraud regarding the downloadable products. Any disputes or issues related to these aspects should be addressed directly with NewTrends247.in.
  3. Buyer’s Responsibilities:
    • Payment Authorization: By initiating a transaction, you enter into a legally binding contract with NewTrends247.in to purchase the downloadable products. Payment is made through the third-party payment gateway as chosen by you.
    • Refunds: Refund claims must be made through the appropriate features on the NewTrends247.in Platform. If you do not receive the downloadable product as promised, you are entitled to request a refund within the specified time frame. Refunds for transactions will be processed as per the policies of NewTrends247.in and the third-party payment provider.
    • Notification of Issues: You should notify NewTrends247.in of any issues with the delivery or receipt of the downloadable products promptly. Non-notification within the time period specified may result in the transaction being considered complete.
  4. Compliance and Legal Requirements:
    • Regulatory Compliance: For purchases above INR 2,00,000.00, you must upload a scanned copy of your PAN card on the Platform within 4 days of the purchase. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the purchase. This requirement applies only once.
    • Applicable Laws: Buyers and NewTrends247.in must comply with all applicable laws related to transactions and the use of the Platform, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Income Tax Act, 1961.
  5. Customer Conduct:
    • Respectful Interaction: Buyers are expected to interact with NewTrends247.in and any associated parties respectfully and courteously. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior towards NewTrends247.in’s representatives will result in restricted access to the Platform.
